Sunseeker Senda Dos Crosses Paths with Azure Ultra

Meet the fourth señorita to join the Azure Ultra fleet all the way from Mallorca: Sunseeker Camargue 50 motor yacht Senda Dos. Sporting 52 feet of iconic Sunseeker elegance, this great performer of a motor yacht spaciously accommodates up to eight guests on day charters, while her curiously open-ended moniker - which translates as “the path to” - seems to invite all opportunities imaginable for an unforgettable experience on board.

Officially acquired as part of the AV fleet in May of this year, she was brought over to Malta by Captain Roger and deckhand/steward Luc later on this summer during peak charter season. The six-day journey saw the crew take a connection flight through Switzerland before finally landing on the Balearic island of Mallorca.

“The countryside in Mallorca was beautiful and elegant. Eager to start our boating journey, when we finally arrived at the boat it was amazing to see the beauty we would be travelling in for the next six days. We tested all the gizmos she had to offer, opening cupboards and hatches to see what was inside.”
—  Luc, Azure Ultra Deckhand/Steward

As Captain Roger started the boat up to listen to the sound of its engines, he was impressed with what she had to offer. At once he and Luc wasted no time in gathering all requirements to prepare them for their first long crossing over to Port Mahón, on the east coast of the sister island of Menorca.

The next day got them to an early start as they set off on an eight-hour journey all the way to Portoscuso, in the Italian island of Sardegna. It was here that they were based for a couple of days before heading south to the Sicilian marina at Trapani, which presented a few picture-perfect surprises along the way.

“On day 5 we set off early in the morning for another long journey ahead to Sicilia. The weather was as calm as I've ever seen it, and the water was like glass. We saw many turtles while travelling, and we also spotted a pod of baby dolphins playing in the wake of the boat.”
